By completing an order or signing up, you agree to receive
a) emails associated with finalizing your order, which may contain relevant offers from us or third parties.
b) emails asking you to review daydone and your purchase and
c) promotional emails, SMS and push notifications from daydone.

3. Product Available on Website
You accept that the product and information contained in this website are provided is, where is, is intended for electronic commerce purposes. Although we take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the information and product details and slight difference from the product we will not be held accountable, As the disparity of farm produce is not clear cut therefore, there will be no guarantee of refund, except in cases in which it is validated to fit our return and refund policy.
Product representations expressed on this, Site are those of the vendors/supply/farmers and are not made by produce by us. Submissions or remarks expressed on this Site are those of the individual posting such content and may not reflect our opinions.
A Product whose merchantability is prohibited will not be allowed for commerce on our website. if listed on our website, and we hereby disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, as to the merchantability and/or fitness of the products listed on our website for any particular purpose. We shall not be held responsible or made liable for any damages or injury which may arise as a result of any error, omission, interruption, deletion, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication failure and defect in the information, content, materials, software or other services included on or otherwise made available through our Website. We understand that certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitation of certain damages, these disclaimers may therefore not apply where these laws are applicable.

Return and Refund Policy
DayDone offers an easy return and refund window of 24 hrs on any items that meet the requirement of products for return, our customer satisfaction is our priority
STEP 1:
Send a Complaint
Also include pictures of the product that was delivered to info@daydone.com.ng as a means of evidence.
STEP 2:
Return after Authorization
Once your claim is validated, we will provide information on the most suitable means of getting the item from you.
STEP 3:
Get Resolution
Once the item has been received by the seller, we will ensure you get a resolution (A replacement, exchange or refund).
What if I complain after the 24 hrs return timeframe has elapsed?
For product complaints outside 24 hrs in relation to defective produces, you may:
- Visit any of our authorized service centres. If the service centre is not in your location, you may choose to contact us.
- Contact us so we can assist in getting a resolution from the farmer/supplier.
Please note: You will be responsible for the Policy cost and cost of repair (where the defect is not covered by the farmer's warranty agreement). DayDone will not replace or issue refund for items that fall into this category.

Legal Policies
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold us, our affiliates, officers, directors, agents and/or employees, as the case may be, free from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, related to your breach of these Terms of Use and User Agreement.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions (Use of Site) shall be interpreted and governed by the laws in force in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Subject to the Arbitration section below, each party hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria and to waive any objections based upon venue.
Arbitration: Any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions (Use of Site) will be referred to and finally settled by private and confidential binding arbitration before a single arbitrator held in Nigeria and governed by Nigeria law pursuant to the Arbitration and Conciliation Act Cap A18 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004, as amended, replaced or re-enacted from time to time.
The arbitrator shall be a person who is legally trained and who has experience in the information technology field in Nigeria and is independent of either party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Site reserves the right to pursue the protection of intellectual property rights and confidential information through injunctive or other equitable relief through the courts.
Termination: In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, we may, without prior notice to you, immediately terminate the Terms and Conditions (Use of Site) or revoke any or all of your rights granted under the Terms and Conditions (Use of Site).
Upon any termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of the Site and we shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all password(s) and account identification issued to you and deny your access to and use of this Site in whole or in part. Any termination of this agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination. You furthermore agree that the Site shall not be liable to you or to any other person as a result of any such suspension or termination.
